Great Things from This week:


*Ice Cream Social- Thank you for your attendance if you were able to stop by. The families really enjoyed seeing the staff. 
* Fire Drill- Great job with the Fire Drill, the students knew exactly what to do! Please make sure Team Leaders take the radio. 
*Bookfair! What a great time for kids. Thank you Shelley for sharing your office space.
*3-6 Amplify MClass is up and running and many teachers have been trained.
* Classified Staff taking their Strengths Finders. (Please give me your top 5 strengths by next Friday 9/8)
* MATH, MATH, MATH - It is so exciting to see students engaging in math and justifying their responses.

Nuts and Bolts:

We have lots of subs due to PD. Please set high expectations for your students and follow up with sub. Students are taking advantage of subs and not following school rules.

A Message From Shanda:

The ELA Adoption committee has narrowed down to 2 programs to pilot over the next few weeks.  I have materials for both in my classroom if anyone wants to come see.  The programs are- Benchmark Advance and Wonders.  Stop by any time before or after school to thumb through what I have available.
